Rise of the Robos

Despite all the talk about Robo Advisors and automated investing platforms, I am a firm believer that there is no substitute for a real, live advisor.  Having said that, technology is rapidly changing the the financial services industry and for the better.  In the last year I have incorporated the risk assessment tool Riskalyze and AssetMark’s Portfolio Engine into my practice.  Both tools allow me to create, analyze and compare portfolios and help clients better understand their investment choices.  For a taste what I’m talking about, click on the Riskalyze button below. My goal for 2017 is to add a client account aggregation tool that clients can use as a single portal to view all of their financial information in one place. Stay tuned.
